SAMY is looking for an Account Supervisor to lead influencer campaigns and manage a team of Specialists. You will provide strategic insights, shape brand strategy, and drive continuous innovation through data-driven decisions.

Role requires a strong background in influencer marketing, luxury brand experience is a plus, and fluency in Spanish and English. Hybrid work options available in Madrid, with global mobility opportunities.

Formación

• 6–10 years of experience in agency influencer marketing.
• Proven track record in strategic campaign management and leading teams.
• Experience with luxury brands is a plus.
• Advanced social advocacy knowledge and data analysis skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Campaign Development with clients and teams to craft high-level proposals.
• Lead and mentor a team of Specialists ensuring career growth and objectives alignment.
• Create brand strategy and drive innovation across campaigns.
• Identify top influencer profiles and develop detailed content calendars.
• Oversee daily campaign performance and adjust strategy to maximize results.
• Coordinate events and brand activations with influencers.
• Collaborate with booking and data teams for insights and post-campaign reports.
• Resolve campaign issues with proactive, strategic approaches.
• Analyze results and deliver client-ready insights with the data team.
