SAMY in Spain is seeking an Account Supervisor to lead influencer campaigns and guide a team of Specialists. You will translate briefs into strategic proposals, manage client relationships, and shape brand narratives with data-driven insights.

The role requires 6–10 years of agency experience in influencer marketing, with luxury-brand exposure a plus. Proficiency in Traackr and Kolsquare is preferred; fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Formación

• 6-10 years of agency influencer marketing experience.
• Proven track record in strategic campaign management and team leadership.
• Experience with luxury brands is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and Excel proficiency.
• Spanish and English full working proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Campaign Development: develop high-level strategic and creative proposals with client teams.
• Team Supervision & Development: mentor a team of Specialists and align with account objectives.
• Brand Strategy & Innovation: collaborate on brand strategy and drive process improvements.
• Influencer Selection and Management: identify top influencers and create detailed content calendars.
• Campaign Performance Oversight: monitor daily performance and adjust strategies.
• Event Coordination: lead during events and activations for seamless execution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: partner with booking and data teams on trends and reports.
• Problem Resolution: proactively address issues during campaign execution.
• Results Analysis and Reporting: derive insights and share opportunities with the client.
• Legal and Financial Management: oversee brand-related legal and financial matters.
• Workflow Enhancement: propose improvements between brand, agency, and influencers.
