About The Team

Join the technology research and innovation group at Fireblocks, a dynamic team dedicated to extending the capabilities of our product through cutting-edge research and rapid incubation of new ideas. We are a hands-on group that explores barely-defined concepts and transforms them into tangible product validations, POCs, and iterations that drive meaningful impact and shape the future of the Fireblocks platform.

This is a remote position aligned with the EU timezone.

What You'll Do :

As an entrepreneurial developer within our team, you will play an important role by taking innovative exploration projects from concept to completion. This highly diverse and hands-on role involves :

• Coding across different technology stacks.
• Conducting in-depth research and data analysis.
• Developing a deep understanding of the product to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Incubating and validating new ideas rapidly.
• Leading projects end-to-end, transforming ambiguous concepts into clear, impactful results.

What You'll Bring :

We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual passionate about technology and innovation. To succeed, you should possess :

• An entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership qualities.
• Creative thinking rooted in first principles and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• An endless desire to learn and experiment with new technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or tech leadership roles, with a strong desire to remain hands-on with coding (Backend experience is essential, Full-Stack preferred, Web3 highly preferred).
• A solid understanding of both product and technology, with the ability to self-start and deliver end-to-end results.
• Expertise in blockchain technologies, demonstrated by building complex blockchain-based products.
• Genuine enthusiasm for blockchain technology — critical for success.
• Experience with Solidity or Smart Contract coding (advantage).
• Good understanding of and ability to work with data (advantage).
• AI-related skills (advantage).
• Ability to work remotely within the EU timezone (required).
