What You'll Do :

As an entrepreneurial developer, you will take innovative projects from concept to completion in a diverse, hands-on role. Your responsibilities include :

• Coding across different technology stacks.
• Conducting in-depth research and data analysis.
• Developing a deep understanding of the product to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Incubating and validating new ideas rapidly.
• Leading projects end-to-end, transforming ambiguous concepts into impactful results.

What You'll Bring :

We seek a motivated individual passionate about technology and innovation, with :

• An entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership qualities.
• Creative thinking based on first principles and a proactive approach.
• A desire to learn and experiment with new technologies.
• 5+ years in software engineering or tech leadership, with a hands-on coding background (Backend is essential; Full-Stack and Web3 are preferred).
• A solid understanding of product and technology, capable of self-starting and delivering end-to-end results.
• Experience with blockchain technologies and building complex blockchain-based products.
• Enthusiasm for blockchain technology.
• Experience with Solidity or Smart Contract coding (advantage).
• Understanding of and ability to work with Data (advantage).
• AI-related skills (advantage).
• Ability to work remotely within the EU timezone (required).
