Ferrovial is seeking a Corporate Internal Control professional to coordinate the Group's ICFR activities under US SOX regulations. You will collaborate with IT, Treasury, Legal and HR to define and update process scopes, assist with control matrices, and support audits.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional coordination, training, and reporting to the Audit Committee, contributing to a robust control environment across the company.

Formación

• English language proficiency is essential.
• AI knowledge will be valued.
• Experience with IFRS and US GAAP is preferred.
• Experience in Internal or External Audit roles is positive.
• SOX/internal control experience is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and develop activities of the Group's Internal Control System over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
• Collaborate with IT Compliance on IT General Controls and SOX scope.
• Manage ARCHER internal control tool and support Internal Audit coordination.
• Support external audit processes and address auditor queries.
• Monitor action plans and train users on ICFR processes.
• Report conclusions to the Audit Committee and Board.
