Zusammenfassung

Ferrovial, a global infrastructure leader, seeks an experienced Internal Control Manager to coordinate ICFR activities and support SOX compliance across the Group.

You will collaborate with Construction, Toll roads, HR, Treasury and Legal to update flowcharts and risk matrices, oversee ARCHER, and assist Internal/External Audit.

Strong English, 5–6 years' experience, and knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP are required; AI knowledge is valued. You will report to the Audit Committee and the Board.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in internal control, SOX, or audit roles.
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management, or a related double degree.
• High level of English is essential.
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP is preferred.
• AI knowledge will be valued.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and develop all activities of the Group’s Internal Control System over Financial Reporting (ICFR) per SOX.
• Coordinate with Business Units and departments to update flowcharts and Risk and Control Matrices.
• Manage the ARCHER internal control tool to support requirements.
• Support coordination with Internal Audit and external audit during the process.
• Provide internal training and report conclusions to the Audit Committee and the Board.
