Ferrovial Construction seeks an experienced professional to join the Internal Control team, focusing on ICFR coordination under SOX guidelines and liaising with IT and audit teams. The role requires strong English skills and a background in accounting controls.

The candidate will coordinate process scope, support business units, and monitor remediation efforts while engaging with the Audit Committee and Board. Prior audit and AI knowledge are valued.

Formación

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in internal control or audit.
• High level of English is essential.
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience in internal or external audit will be valued.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence will be valued.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and develop activities of the Group's Internal Control System over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
• Ensure scope of business processes and supporting applications; update scope semi-annually.
• Coordinate with Business Units and departments to prepare flowcharts and risk/control matrices.
• Provide internal control advice and support to businesses.
• Coordinate IT General Controls with IT Compliance and manage ARCHER tool.
• Support Internal and External Audit coordination; assist with explanations and data requests.
• Monitor action plans to remedy deficiencies; report to Audit Committee and Board.
• Participate in Compliance Department tasks and follow-up on audit recommendations.
