Job summary

Ferrovial, a global leader in infrastructure, seeks an IT Audit Manager to lead technology assurance across the Group with a strong focus on ITGCs, ITACs, IPEs and SOX testing, and to influence the design of controls across our applications, infrastructure and cloud environments.

You will collaborate with senior management, guide a multinational team, drive continuous improvement through automation and data analytics, and communicate complex risks clearly in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or telecommunication; 5+ years IT audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITGCs, ITACs, IPEs and SOX testing.
• Experience with on-premise and cloud infrastructure; networks and cybersecurity.
• Ability to map technology risks to end-to-end business processes.
• Experience leading projects and managing senior stakeholders globally.
• Clear bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT audit engagements and advisory services, setting strategy with the Head of Internal Audit.
• Coordinate SOX IT controls implementation and assessment across apps, infra and cloud.
• Define scope for outsourced assurance; review papers and monitor milestones.
• Assess control deficiencies and enable practical remediation with owners.
• Present insights on SOX progress and risks to senior management and Audit Committee.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and training.
• Identify opportunities to automate testing and improve data quality.
• Provide guidance on evolving SOX, PCAOB and technology-control expectations.
• Oversee quarterly self-certification activities and contribute to IA transformation.
