Location : Madrid, Spain (with work from home possible)

Contract : Full-time, Permanent role

Salary guide : 55k+ Euro / year

About the role

This is an internal global role within a newly formed Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) team. You'll be helping the company on a digital journey to help improve operations, engineering, architecture, and compliance. Working with IGA vendors, project teams, and integration vendors you will be constantly developing skills around ensuring that the company retains compliance through automation.

What you'll be doing :

  • Help design, build, test, and set up IAM systems that keep data safe.
  • Spot and fix system design problems, and handle issues with identities, access, and permissions.
  • Keep IAM systems running smoothly and solve any issues that come up.
  • Create reusable tools and strategies to support IAM services.
  • Plan and carry out the deployment of IAM solutions and onboard client applications.
  • Provide second and third-level support to clients and work with tech vendors to fix problems and make changes.
  • Write technical documents like design and setup guides for IAM systems.
  • Assist with business development by defining project details and talking to clients and vendors during proposal stages.
  • Show expertise with IAM tools like Omada, SailPoint, META, and Saviynt.
  • Understand security principles and common workplace security products.
  • Apply security policies and standards to IGA tools.

About you

  • You bring at least 3+ years of experience supporting large-scale IAM environments
  • Strong overall IT work experience is required
  • You're comfortable in large, global environments, familiar with complex business processes and working with teams across various regions
  • You have hands-on experience managing or working closely with outsourcing partners and service providers
  • A University degree in Information Systems or a similar field
