Job summary

Enfinity Global in Madrid is seeking an engineering leader for utility-scale PV and energy storage projects. You will guide projects through development, design, and construction, ensuring the technical foundations and continuity across phases.

You will coordinate engineering packages and liaise with authorities and utilities, driving optimization while balancing CAPEX, grid requirements, and technical risks. Strong coordination and communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of utility-scale PV and BESS engineering including civil, electrical, energy yield and grid interfaces.
• Ability to develop, understand and critically assess engineering solutions, calculations, studies, specifications and drawings.
• Good understanding of engineering maturity required at different project stages.

Responsibilities

• Guide projects through their engineering lifecycle from development and permitting through Project Design, Detailed Design and construction.
• Manage and coordinate engineering activities and external partners, reviewing packages for value, constructibility and optimization.
• Support permitting and manage technical interfaces with public authorities, grid operators and utilities.
• Drive key technical decisions and project optimization, balancing performance, CAPEX, constructability, permitting and grid requirements while managing risks.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team and coordinate specialist expertise.
