A leading company in orthodontics seeks a Senior Human Resources Operations Specialist to manage payroll processes and optimize People operations at their Barcelona HQ. The ideal candidate will have experience in People Operations, strong knowledge of labor legislation, and advanced HRIS skills to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Formación

  • 3-5 years of experience in People Operations and payroll required.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and labor legislation.

We’re looking for a Senior Human Resources Operations Specialist to join us at our HQ in Barcelona. This role will be key in ensuring the accurate execution of payroll processes while optimizing People operations.

  • Independently manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HRIS systems.
  • Handle new hires, terminations, promotions, and contract modifications.
  • Coordinate benefits and compensation plans in collaboration with external providers.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, contracts, and HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and support internal audits.
  • Identify and propose improvements to HR area.

Requirements :

  • Advanced level of English & one other language (French, German, Italian, Dutch, etc.) .
  • 3-5 years of experience in People Operations and payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and labour legislation.
  • Experience with HR management systems and payroll tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data.

This on-site position offers limited flexibility, allowing adjustments to attendance hours between 8 : 00 and 10 : 00 AM. The work schedule consists of 8-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday and 7-hour shifts on Fridays.
