Position: HR Manager

The HR Manager defines HR processes, leads the HR team, and addresses all daily HR issues by leveraging the expertise of dedicated services. They support management throughout the management cycle, align HR and business objectives, and work to ensure employee well-being across all HR aspects. The HR Manager collaborates with the decision-making management team and serves as a strategic partner to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Defining HR policy and strategy:
    • Break down the overall strategy into components such as social dialogue, HR development, personnel administration, and innovation projects.
    • Maintain constant interface with senior management and employee representatives.
    • Gather expectations and needs regarding HR issues.
    • Define and monitor objectives, KPIs, and resources to optimize performance and report to senior management.
    • Advise on workplace relationships, working conditions, health, safety, and well-being.
    • Manage social relations, representing senior management before employee bodies and authorities.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and legal provisions, monitoring legal risks.
    • Promote understanding of roles and contribute to a motivating and fair environment.
  2. Managing HR development and personnel administration:
    • Oversee recruitment, mobility, onboarding, offboarding, training, and career development processes.
    • Structure job management, career paths, and facilitate reviews.
    • Lead recruitment efforts and support employer branding and HR communication.
    • Ensure budget compliance during salary revisions and recognize performance fairly.
  3. Managing HR teams:
    • Recruit, support skill development, and mediate partnerships and service providers.

Qualifications:
  • Higher education background in Human Resources.
  • Over 7 years of professional HR experience, including at least 3 years managing an HR team.
  • Solid knowledge of labor law and experience managing legal disputes.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
