At our company, we're seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. As the largest Ortho clinic chain in Europe, we combine cutting-edge tech with expert care, revolutionizing invisible orthodontics.

We are looking for a trusted HR leader who can lead complex and sensitive employee matters, drive performance across the business, and shape key HR projects at every stage of the employee life cycle. This includes supporting the Chief People Officer in delivering on People team objectives across multiple countries, managing complex employee relations cases, and representing the company in dealings with unions and works councils.

We welcome candidates from a range of HR backgrounds, including Labour Relations, HR & Payroll Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management, who bring a strong understanding of employee lifecycle governance and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the Chief People Officer in delivering on People team objectives across multiple countries
  • Manage complex employee relations cases
  • Represent the company in dealings with unions and works councils
  • Drive performance across the business and shape key HR projects
  • Track and analyze HR-related KPIs, identifying areas for improvement
  • Build HR action plans and execute delivery, collaborating with other HR & Business leaders
  • Advise HR and business leaders on performance management and HR best practices

Requirements :

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant time spent in fast-paced, complex environments
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience under pressure
  • Demonstrated experience handling sensitive employee matters
  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices across Europe
  • Track record in implementing scalable HR processes and policies
  • Hands-on approach with solution-oriented mindset and experience leading HR projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, other European languages a plus
