SPANISH | ENGLISH-SPEAKING FREELANCE HR GENERALIST CONSULTANT (PART-TIME, REMOTE, AD HOC HR PROJECTS, PORTUGAL / SPAIN, LONG-TERM CLIENTS)

Europe HR Solution, founded by Inez Vermeulen in September 2010, provides HR outsourcing solutions for foreign companies expanding or establishing businesses in Europe. Our multilingual HR experts are based in several European countries. We act as your HR partner, adding value through administrative services, legal advice, recruitment, motivation and engagement strategies, learning solutions, benchmarking, compensation and benefits management, HRIS implementation, and payroll coordination.

Annually, 15% of our profits support the Tripura Foundation, aiding children and the elderly with education, nutrition, and healthcare programs.

This HR Consultant role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a longstanding client and other international clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage compensation, employment contracts, benefits, and performance management systems;
  2. Analyze and update compensation and benefit policies to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance;
  3. Oversee disciplinary actions and termination procedures;
  4. Coordinate activities related to employment, labor relations, and employee engagement;
  5. Represent the organization on personnel-related matters;
  6. Serve as a liaison between the organization and employees, interpreting contracts and resolving work-related issues.
