The ideal candidate possesses over 10 years of HR experience and is fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English, showcasing strong communication and executional skills.

Formación

SPANISH | ENGLISH-SPEAKING FREELANCE HR GENERALIST CONSULTANT PART-TIME REMOTE – AD HOC HR PROJECTS PORTUGAL / SPAIN LONG TERM CLIENTS

Europe HR Solution, founded by Inez Vermeulen in September 2010, provides HR outsourcing solutions for foreign companies looking to start up, expand, or acquire businesses in Europe. Since its inception, we have served over 250 companies across various industries with a wide range of international HR services.

Our team consists of multilingual HR experts located across Europe. We act as your HR business partner, offering services such as HR administrative support, legal advice, recruitment, motivation and engagement strategies, learning solutions, employee development, benchmarking, compensation and benefits management, HRIS implementation, and payroll coordination.

Annually, 15% of our profits support the Tripura Foundation, aiding over 40 children and 15 elderly with educational, nutritional, and health programs.

This HR Consultant role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a longstanding client and other international clients.

  • Manage compensation, employment contracts, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Analyze and adjust compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance.
  • Oversee disciplinary procedures and terminations.
  • Coordinate employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee engagement activities.
  • Represent the client organization in personnel-related matters.
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and employees, handling inquiries, interpreting contracts, and resolving work-related issues.

Skills for Success : Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including managing multiple HR projects. Knowledge of Italian and Spanish labor legislation. Advanced Excel skills. Excellent executional skills, strong communication, and a results-driven attitude. Good planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, and process orientation.
