SPANISH | ENGLISH-SPEAKING FREELANCE HR GENERALIST CONSULTANT

Part-time, remote, ad hoc HR projects for Portugal / Spain, with long-term clients.

We act as your HR partner, offering services such as HR administration, legal advice, recruitment support, motivation and engagement strategies, learning and development, benchmarking, compensation and benefits management, HRIS implementation, and payroll coordination across Europe.

Annually, 15% of Europe HR Solution's profits are donated to the Tripura Foundation, supporting children and the elderly with education, nutrition, and healthcare programs.

This HR Consultant role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a longstanding client and other international clients.

• Manage compensation, employment contracts, benefits, and performance management systems.
• Analyze and update compensation and benefit policies to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance.
• Oversee disciplinary actions and termination procedures.
• Coordinate activities related to employment, labor relations, and employee engagement.
• Represent the organization in personnel-related matters.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and employees, interpreting contracts and resolving work-related issues.
