Position : Spanish & English-Speaking Freelance HR Generalist Consultant (Part-Time, Remote, Ad Hoc Projects, Portugal / Spain, Long-Term Clients)

Company : Europe HR Solution, founded in September 2010 by Inez Vermeulen, provides HR outsourcing solutions for foreign companies expanding or establishing in Europe. We serve over 250 companies across various industries with international HR services.

Our Team : Multilingual HR experts located across Europe, offering HR administrative services, legal advice, recruitment, motivation, engagement, learning solutions, benchmarking, compensation and benefits, HRIS systems, and payroll management.

Community Involvement : 15% of profits support the Tripura Foundation, aiding children and the elderly with education, food, and medicine programs.

Role Overview : Manage compensation, employment contracts, benefits, performance systems, and ensure legal compliance. Handle disciplinary procedures, labor relations, and serve as a liaison between the client and employees to resolve work-related issues.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage compensation, employment contracts, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Analyze and modify policies to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance.
  • Manage disciplinary and termination procedures.
  • Coordinate employment, compensation, labor, and employee relations activities.
  • Represent the client organization on personnel-related matters.
  • Act as a link between the organization and employees for questions and contract interpretation.
