Our team comprises HR multilingual experts based in several European countries. We act as your HR business partner, offering HR administrative services, professional HR and legal advice, recruitment support, motivation and engagement strategies, learning solutions, employee development programs, benchmarking, compensation and benefits management, HRIS system implementation, and payroll management across Europe.

Annually, 15% of Europe HR Solution's profits are donated to Tripura Foundation, supporting children and elderly with educational, health, and nutrition programs.

This HR Consultant role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a longstanding client and other international clients.

• Manage compensation, employment contracts, benefits, and performance management systems;
• Analyze and modify compensation and benefit policies to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance;
• Oversee disciplinary and termination procedures;
• Coordinate activities related to employment, labor relations, and employee engagement;
• Represent the organization in personnel-related matters;
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and employees to address questions, interpret contracts, and resolve issues.

Skills for Success :
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including managing multiple HR projects. Knowledge of HR legislation in Italy and Spain. Advanced Excel skills. Excellent execution, communication, planning, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and process orientation. Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English.
