A leading company is seeking a Freelance HR Generalist Consultant to support HR projects for international clients. This part-time, remote position requires a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, and offers the chance to manage various HR functions while working with diverse organizations across Europe.

Position: Spanish | English-Speaking Freelance HR Generalist Consultant (Part-Time, Remote, Ad Hoc HR Projects, Portugal / Spain, Long Term Clients)

Company: Europe HR Solution, founded in September 2010 by Inez Vermeulen, provides HR outsourcing solutions for foreign companies expanding or establishing in Europe. We serve over 250 companies across various industries with a broad range of international HR services.

Our Team: Multilingual HR experts located across Europe, acting as your HR business partner by offering administrative services, legal advice, recruitment, motivation and engagement strategies, learning solutions, benchmarking, compensation and benefits management, HRIS implementation, and payroll coordination.

Community Involvement: 15% of profits support the Tripura Foundation, aiding children and elderly with education, nutrition, and healthcare programs.

Role Overview: This HR Consultant role offers the opportunity to work with longstanding and new international clients.

  • Manage compensation, employment contracts, benefits, and performance management systems;
  • Analyze and modify policies to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance;
  • Handle disciplinary and termination procedures;
  • Coordinate employment, compensation, labor, and employee relations activities;
  • Represent the client organization on personnel matters;
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and employees to resolve work-related issues.

Skills for Success:

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in HR, with experience managing multiple HR projects

Advanced Excel skills, executional excellence, results-driven, detail-oriented, process-focused

Languages: Italian, Spanish, and English
