A leading HR outsourcing company is seeking a part-time, freelance HR Generalist Consultant for projects across Spain and Portugal. Ideal candidates will offer 10+ years of HR experience and fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English, handling various HR processes and ensuring compliance with local legislation.

Formación

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, managing multiple HR projects.
  • Knowledge of Italian and Spanish employment legislation.
  • Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English.

  • Manage compensation, employment contracts, and performance management systems.

SPANISH | ENGLISH-SPEAKING FREELANCE HR GENERALIST CONSULTANT - PART-TIME, REMOTE, AD HOC HR PROJECTS IN PORTUGAL / SPAIN

Europe HR Solution, founded by Inez Vermeulen in September 2010, provides HR outsourcing solutions for foreign companies aiming to start, expand, or acquire businesses in Europe. Since its inception, we have served over 250 companies across various industries with a wide range of international HR services.

Our team comprises multilingual HR experts located across Europe. We partner with your business to add value through HR administrative services, legal advice, recruitment support, motivation and engagement initiatives, learning and development solutions, benchmarking, compensation and benefits management, HRIS system implementation, and payroll coordination.

Annually, 15% of our profits support the Tripura Foundation, which benefits over 40 children and 15 elderly through education, nutrition, and healthcare programs.

This HR Consultant role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a longstanding client and other international organizations.

  • Manage compensation, employment contracts, benefits, and performance management systems;
  • Analyze and update compensation and benefit policies to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance;
  • Handle disciplinary procedures and terminations;
  • Coordinate activities related to employment, labor relations, and employee engagement;
  • Represent the organization on personnel-related matters;
  • Act as a liaison between the client and employees to address questions, interpret contracts, and resolve work issues.

Skills for Success : Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including managing multiple HR projects; knowledge of Italian and Spanish employment legislation; advanced Excel skills; excellent execution and communication skills; results-driven mindset; strong planning and organizational abilities; attention to detail; process-oriented approach; fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English.
