Formación

SPANISH | ENGLISH-SPEAKING FREELANCE HR GENERALIST CONSULTANT
Part-Time, Remote – Ad Hoc HR Projects in Portugal / Spain

This HR Consultant role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a longstanding client and other international clients.

  • Manage compensation, employment contracts, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Analyze and update compensation and benefit policies to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and termination procedures.
  • Oversee activities related to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
  • Coordinate personnel, training, and labor relations within the organization.
  • Represent the client organization in personnel-related matters.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and employees, addressing questions, interpreting contracts, and resolving work-related issues.

Skills for Success:

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in HR, with experience managing multiple HR projects.

Advanced Excel skills.

Executional excellence, results-driven mindset, attention to detail, process orientation.

Languages: Italian, Spanish, and English.
