SPANISH | ENGLISH-SPEAKING FREELANCE HR GENERALIST CONSULTANT

PART-TIME REMOTE – AD HOC HR PROJECTS

Europe HR Solution was founded by Inez Vermeulen in September 2010 with the purpose of providing HR outsourcing solutions for foreign companies looking to start up, expand, or acquire businesses in Europe. Since its inception, we have served over 250 companies across various industries, offering a wide range of international HR services.

Our team comprises HR multilingual experts based in several European countries. We act as your HR business partner, adding value through HR administrative services, professional HR and legal advice, recruitment support, motivation and engagement initiatives, learning solutions, employee development, benchmarking, compensation and benefits management, HRIS system implementation, and payroll coordination across Europe.

Each year, 15% of Europe HR Solution's profits are donated to the Tripura Foundation, supporting children and the elderly with education, nutrition, and healthcare programs.

This HR Consultant role offers an exciting opportunity to work with our longstanding clients and other international organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage compensation, employment contracts, benefits, and performance management systems.
  2. Analyze and modify compensation and benefit policies to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance.
  3. Oversee disciplinary and termination procedures.
  4. Coordinate activities related to employment, labor relations, and employee engagement.
  5. Represent the organization in personnel-related matters.
  6. Serve as a liaison between the organization and employees, handling questions, interpreting contracts, and resolving work-related issues.
Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience.
  • Experience managing multiple HR projects.
  • Knowledge of Italian and Spanish labor legislation.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent executional skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
