We act as your HR business partner, offering HR administrative services, legal advice, recruitment support, employee engagement strategies, learning solutions, benchmarking, compensation and benefits management, HRIS implementation, and payroll coordination.

Annually, 15% of Europe HR Solution's profits support the Tripura Foundation, aiding children and the elderly with education, nutrition, and healthcare programs.

This HR Consultant role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a longstanding client and other international clients.

• Manage compensation, employment contracts, benefits, and performance management systems
• Analyze and update compensation and benefit policies to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance
• Handle disciplinary actions and terminations
• Coordinate employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations activities
• Represent the organization in personnel-related matters
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and employees, resolving work-related issues

Skills for Success: Minimum 10 years of HR experience, managing multiple HR projects, knowledge of Italian and Spanish legislation, advanced Excel skills, excellent execution, strong communication, results-driven, well-organized, detail-oriented, process-focused.
