Part-Time, Remote – Ad Hoc HR Projects in Portugal / Spain

Since its inception, we have served over 250 companies across various industries with a wide range of international HR services.

Our team comprises multilingual HR experts located across Europe. We act as your HR partner, offering services such as HR administrative support, professional legal advice, recruitment, motivation and engagement strategies, learning solutions, employee development, benchmarking, compensation and benefits management, HRIS implementation, and payroll coordination.

Annually, 15% of our profits support the Tripura Foundation, aiding children and elderly with education, nutrition, and healthcare programs.

This HR Consultant role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a longstanding client and other international clients.

  • Manage compensation, employment contracts, benefits, and performance systems
  • Analyze and update compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance
  • Handle disciplinary procedures and terminations
  • Coordinate employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee engagement activities
  • Represent the organization in personnel-related matters
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and employees, resolving work-related issues

Skills for Success: Minimum 10 years of HR experience, managing multiple HR projects, knowledge of Italian and Spanish legislation, advanced Excel skills, excellent execution, strong communication, result-oriented, good planning and organization, detail-oriented, process-focused.
