Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Global HTA Strategy Senior Consultant based in Spain with hybrid/home-based arrangements. You will shape and lead HTA offerings, focusing on UK processes like NICE and SMC, while coordinating with global teams to deliver evidence generation strategies and market access content.

The role requires postgraduate HTA/health economics expertise and proven UK/Europe HTA submission experience, strong English communication, and leadership skills for cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in HTA/health economics or related field and at least 4 years of relevant work experience with HTA submissions.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry; consultancy experience is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead the team and offerings within the IQVIA Global Health Economics and HTA group.
• Manage HTA project strategy and direction, focusing on UK HTA processes and requirements.
• Oversee dossier development and submission support for UK HTA agencies and early scientific advice.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Market Access, HTA Accelerator Solutions, and local teams.
• Support thought leadership activities such as conference abstracts, white papers, and publications.
