IQVIA in Madrid, Spain seeks an HTA Programmer (Analyst/Consultant) to support German AMNOG dossiers with statistical programming. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists eager to apply clinical evidence to reimbursement decisions.

You will implement analyses using SAS/R, develop automation workflows, and collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams. German and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Perform analyses of clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, and patient-relevant endpoints.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, GBA, and related HTA bodies.
