What is your mission?
Reporting to the Head of People for Europe you will formulate partnerships across the HR / people functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The Senior HR Manager is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management at the site / s (countries) you are based in, in collaboration with the Europe and the Global HR team / s. The role serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acts as an employee champion and positive change agent for the business. Work closely with the business to provide talent solutions on an ongoing basis.
Here your main responsabilities :
- Act as the key point of contact between site employees and management on all HR / People related matters (including payroll matters and queries) seeking to resolve those issues quickly and smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Create, manage, and maintain local HR policies.
- Effectively run all HR processes including and not limited to : Performance Management, Career Development Planning, Total Rewards, HR administration & Payroll management, Manage the internal hiring process (TDD), performance management issues raised by Ops, disciplinary actions and terminations.
- Work closely with the business to provide HR solutions and guidance on an ongoing basis. Develop and implement HR policies that support business objectives.
- Consult with internal stakeholders and Pulse data to diagnose e-sat issues and provide advice / solutions to maximise business results.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough objective investigations when necessary.
- Manage complex and difficult HR projects cross-functionally.
- Actively identify gaps and propose solutions to cover business risks.
- Build strong relationships with all your internal clients (EVP, VP, Country Director, Operations etc) to bring about optimised business results.
- Analyze local HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies (including compensation trends etc).
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Work with L&D to develop and implement programs to enhance retention and career development.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and transition planning.
- Conduct regular policy audits (e.g ISO, internal) and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with HR COEs to ensure delivery of HR services and programs.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and Englishas well as great interpersonal skills.
- Possesses strong knowledge in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures, change management, compensation and benefits, talent development and employee retention programs in a BPO setting.
- Has excellent working knowledge of local employment law and ability to apply it practically in workplace situations.
- Ability to deal with multiple challenges and to adapt with an environment that is constantly changing.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, a natural visionary, and constantly exploring new ideas and perspectives to improve existing situations.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, Economics or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Preferably with 5 -7 years working experience in a related field is ideal for this position.
