The role: We seek a Senior HR Generalist to support our EMEA region, shaping and creating a future-focused HR function. The role involves leading regional and global HR initiatives, providing compliant HR operations, advising on employee life-cycle matters, and partnering with leadership. A data-driven, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Location : Remote in the EMEA region

Responsibilities include:

  1. Deliver accurate and compliant HR operations promptly.
  2. Collaborate with the EMEA HR Manager and Global HR Head to impact all regions.
  3. Manage talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, culture, and engagement initiatives.
  4. Work with managers on performance management, organizational design, engagement, rewards, and workforce planning.
  5. Partner with HRIS team to optimize HR processes.
  6. Coach managers on employee relations across countries.
  7. Support training and development programs.
  8. Build trusted regional partnerships.
  9. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
  10. Design policies and lead global HR projects.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong academic record from high school and university.
  2. Regional HR experience in tech, with knowledge of local labor laws (France, Germany, UK a plus).
  3. Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
  4. Hands-on involvement in daily HR routines.
  5. Mentoring and development skills.
  6. Project management expertise.
  7. Experience in remote-first organizations.
  8. Data analysis skills.
  9. Fluent in English.
  10. Motivated, organized, confident, results-oriented, open-minded, enthusiastic.
  11. Willing to travel up to 4 times/year.
