Mercor is seeking a Senior HR Expert with a compliance focus for a remote contract role. The position pays $70–$80/hour and centers on US employment law, workforce planning, and HR policy design.

You will develop HR scenarios, handle labour relations investigations, and work with HRIS platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, plus benchmarking tools from Radford and Mercer. Strong knowledge of Title VII, FLSA, and ADA is required.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in HR compliance and employment law.
• Experience applying US employment laws (Title VII, FLSA, ADA).

Responsabilidades

• Construct HR scenarios covering talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and compensation design.
• Build tasks across recruiting, talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and organizational development.
• Develop scenarios involving HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and benchmarking tools (Radford, Mercer).
• Apply HR methodologies like workforce planning and compensation benchmarking to US regulations.
