Senior HR Analyst (HR Data & Reporting Team)

Location: Remote, Spain

We are Semrush, a global tech company developing a platform for digital marketers.

We’re hiring a Senior HR Analyst to join our HR Data & Reporting Team. This role involves leveraging Workday to configure reports, analyze HR data, and provide strategic insights to support HR and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and maintain advanced reports within Workday, aligned with business needs.
  2. Focus on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, compensation, benefits, and engagement.
  3. Create dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and analytics views for leadership and HRBPs.
  4. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HR reporting and analytics.
  5. Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency.
  6. Enhance data processes to meet business needs and foster a high-performance culture.
  7. Maintain HR data quality and compliance across systems.
  8. Partner with stakeholders to develop actionable reporting solutions and insights.
  9. Provide strategic recommendations to improve HR processes like talent management and workforce planning.
  10. Serve as a key analytical resource, aligning HR data strategies with organizational goals.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert in HR data, reporting, and analytics, including training others.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics, especially with Workday report configuration.
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, HR, Data Science, or related fields.
  3. Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Workday Studio, or similar tools.
  4. Experience with HR data analysis, metrics, KPIs, and extracting insights from large datasets.
  5. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  6. Understanding of HR processes, including compensation, benefits, and talent management.
  7. Proficiency in data governance, quality, and compliance (GDPR, etc.).
  8. Familiarity with SQL, Python, R is a plus.
  9. Excellent communication skills for collaboration and translating data into insights.
