Front Desk Manager to lead our team.
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Front Desk Manager to lead our team.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Front Desk Managerial position or General Manager role in a high-end hotel is essential.
- Proven ability to handle large volumes of guests and supervise a team of 30+ members in Guest Services is required.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure and have conversational proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French or German.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional presence and emergency preparedness within the Front Desk Operations.
- Execute effective issue resolution strategies and hold accountability over team development and performance metrics.
- Champion strong administrative skills and track data on guest counts and desk volume.
- Respond to escalated guest concerns in an upscale, considerate and professional manner.
