Job summary

IQVIA Valencia is seeking a Senior IT Consultant – Interoperability and Information Systems to lead the design and implementation of interoperability solutions in Healthcare Information Systems projects.

You will work with HL7 FHIR and openEHR standards, define requirements, and collaborate with clinical users, developers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver connected healthcare information. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Health Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 5 years as an Information Systems Consultant.
Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR.
Strong knowledge of openEHR.
Experience in healthcare interoperability projects.
Strong functional analysis and process definition skills.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Functional definition and requirements analysis for healthcare information systems projects, particularly within the HIS domain.
Design and validation of interoperability models.
Participation in projects based on HL7 FHIR standards.
Collaboration with technical teams in the design and implementation of interoperable APIs and services.
Preparation of functional documentation and specifications.
Liaison with clients, clinical users, and development teams.
Participation in data governance and knowledge management initiatives.
