Job summary

Simple Life is seeking a Senior Product Designer (Growth) to join our Growth Design Team. You will help improve onboarding with a value proposition and personalized weight loss and nutrition coaching from a UI/UX perspective, turning users into paying customers.

You will work on monetization, CRO, and growth funnels, leveraging UX research and data analytics to inform design decisions and stay ahead of trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in world-class consumer products and a proven track record in enhancing monetization.
• Proficient in UX research and data analytics to guide design decisions.
• Strong skills in modern mobile app product design, with a focus on monetization-friendly UX/UI.
• Proven experience in web-based CRO, with a knack for increasing user engagement and boosting paid conversions.
• Turning free users to paying customers through working with value positioning and optimizing growth funnels.
