Propel is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager for Spain to own marketing-led growth in the Spanish market, with involvement in Mexico and a remote-friendly setup.

You will lead the Spanish growth plan, work with Sales, Marketing, and SDR, manage a Marketing Executive and an SDR, and oversee channels across content, email, paid, ABM, events, and partnerships. This maternity cover role requires fluency in Spanish and based in Spain.

Formación

• 5+ years’ B2B marketing experience in SaaS or tech.
• Experience owning broad, multi‑channel marketing programmes.
• Strong understanding of pipeline and revenue contribution.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales and cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent Spanish and based in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Spanish growth plan to generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Lead campaigns across paid, content, email, webinars, ABM, events, and partnerships.
• Test new campaigns and channels, optimize funnel, and direct budget.
• Manage Marketing Executive and an SDR, align with Sales and Product Marketing.
• Oversee local events, trade shows, media, and partnerships.
