Propel is hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own marketing-led growth for the Spanish market. You will own the Spanish growth plan, translate targets into campaigns, and drive qualified pipeline and revenue.

The role also covers Mexico with collaboration across Sales, Product Marketing, Content and Performance teams. You’ll manage a Marketing Executive and an SDR, while partnering with central teams to execute multi-channel strategies.

Formación

• 5+ years' B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or technology.
• Experience owning broad, multi-channel B2B marketing programmes.
• Strong understanding of pipeline, conversion and how Marketing contributes to revenue.
• Genuine analytical mindset and comfort with CRM/funnel data.
• Experience working closely with Sales and building activity around shared priorities.
• Native or fluent Spanish and based in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Spanish growth plan translating targets into campaigns, channels and activity to generate pipeline and revenue.
• Focus around 80% net-new acquisition, mainly mid-market, with cross-sell within existing customers.
• Also responsible for Mexico market and collaborate with local Sales and central teams.
• Lead and develop a Marketing Executive and an SDR; work closely with central Product Marketing, Content, Performance and Digital teams.
• Manage digital demand generation, content, email, paid, webinars and ABM, plus events, trade shows, PR/communications.
• Set strategy and coordinate others for paid media, content, email journeys, SDR activity and cross-functional campaigns.
• Own local events, trade shows, and relationships with trade media, partners, agencies.
