We help organizations streamline sustainable procurement, connect with verified suppliers, and showcase commitments to social and environmental responsibility. We’re seeking a quantitative, AI-forward Growth Marketing Manager to own the top-to-bottom funnel strategy and execution. You’ll be our in-house expert on AI-driven marketing strategies—from using generative tools for campaign creation to applying machine learning models for segmentation and personalization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, data science, and automation, and is energized by measurable impact.

Design and implement multi-channel acquisition campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Segment, and AI copy / testing platforms (e.g. Apply machine learning models and predictive analytics to optimize the customer journey, from lead scoring to lifecycle marketing.

Continuously test and refine growth experiments, using platforms like Google Optimize, VWO, or proprietary scripts.

Marketing Analytics & Optimization : Own and evolve our performance marketing stack—HubSpot, Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker / Power BI.

Use AI tools for anomaly detection and performance forecasting.

Content & SEO with AI Support : Collaborate with content teams to integrate AI-enhanced workflows for SEO and content generation (e.g., Surfer SEO, Frase, Clearscope).

Manage scalable blog production with AI-assisted writing and keyword clustering tools.

Evaluate, test, and integrate AI and growth tools (e.g., Zapier, MadKudu, Clearbit, Apollo, 6sense) into our marketing workflows.

Manage integrations between marketing platforms and internal data systems for seamless reporting and attribution.

Drive co-marketing and demand generation strategies with partners using scalable, tech-enabled playbooks.

Qualifications : Experience : 4+ years, post university, in a growth or demand gen marketing role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or marketplace environment with high technical marketing expectations.

HubSpot, Ahrefs, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker / Data Studio, and advanced spreadsheet modeling.

Experience with AI marketing tools (e.g., ai, Zapier, Clearbit) and a track record of using them for campaign creation, personalization, or analytics.

Deep comfort with funnel metrics, growth modeling, A / B testing frameworks, and experimentation.

Coding / Data Bonus : Familiarity with SQL, Python, or no-code tools for custom analytics or automation is a strong plus.

Proven ability to lead high-impact, scalable marketing initiatives with minimal oversight.

Technical / Hard Skills : Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office / Google Suite.

Ability to use digital sales tools such as email automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and data enrichment tools.

Lead with AI : Be the primary driver of AI adoption in our marketing efforts—from idea to execution.

Cross-Team Influence : Work hand-in-hand with Product and Sales to align data, growth, and customer impact.
