Your Role

As a Senior Growth Marketing Analyst (all genders), you will help transform eduki into a data-driven marketing organization. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Marketing Performance & Optimization: Lead cross-channel analysis (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, CRM, Organic Social, Author activities, Direct Traffic), identify trends, and find opportunities to improve ROI.
2. Data-Driven Decision-Making & Reporting: Develop dashboards, define key metrics, set up user segmentation, and provide insights on market trends, user behavior, and budget use.
3. Paid Marketing & Testing Strategies: Improve measurement frameworks, optimize platform data signals (Google Ads, Meta), and establish best practices for testing, audience targeting, and feed management.
4. Attribution & Data Tracking: Advance attribution models, ensure data accuracy, and own tracking architecture and tools.

Your Skills & Experience

We seek a strategic marketing thinker with technical expertise who can analyze data and influence decisions. You should have:

• Significant experience in marketing analytics within a tech environment.
• Expertise in SQL, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker).
• A deep understanding of marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and channel performance.
• Knowledge of attribution models, UTM structures, tag management, and performance tracking.
• Strong communication skills to translate data insights into business strategies.
• Experience in funnel analysis, competitive analysis, and growth strategies across channels and markets.

Note: Due to legal restrictions, only candidates residing in and holding a valid work permit for Spain can be considered. eduki offers a direct employment contract under Spanish law.

• Competitive Salary: Up to 66,000 EUR/year plus VSOP. The gross salary ranges between 37,000 and 47,000 EUR based on skills and performance.
