Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Growth Business Analyst to join the HQ Global Growth Q-commerce team in Barcelona. You will translate data into actionable insights, support pricing, product, loyalty, and CRM initiatives, and drive end‑to‑end growth projects.

You will work closely with Glovo leaders to expand the Q-commerce rocket, optimise strategies, and deliver measurable results across markets. A data-driven mindset and proficiency in Excel/SQL are essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced data-driven environment.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Business/Analytics or STEM fields.
• Experience with Looker or similar BI tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Understand growth levers and optimise strategy for Q-commerce growth.
• Lead analysis and consolidation of learnings from growth experiments.
• Translate business needs into insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Drive end-to-end projects translating challenges into insights and results.
• Identify growth opportunities to increase user base, retention, and profitability.

We are looking for a world-class Growth Business Analyst to become part of our HQ Global Growth Q-commerce team. Are you able to translate data into actionable insights? THE JOURNEY

Be part of a team where you will:

Have a 360 understanding of all Glovo growth levers and optimise their strategy for the Q-commerce business (pricing, product, loyalty, promotions, consumer understanding, finance planning, customer experience, performance marketing, CRM and incentives, Comms)

Be a part of the implementation and execution of the strategies defined in all Glovo markets

Lead the analysis and consolidation of learnings on the different Growth experiments to be able to provide clear guidance on what worked, what did not work and what could be improved

Understand business needs and create insightful analysis helping your team challenge the status quo and make the right decisions

Drive projects end-to-end translating business challenges into insights, actions and results

Identify growth opportunities to increase our user base, increase frequency and retention rates and maximise profitability

Work directly with Glovo leaders (VPs, Growth directors, …)

Have an active role in the expansion of the Glovo Q-commerce rocket

Qualifications

Expert in Google sheets / Excel. Expertise in SQL strongly preferred

Data-driven mentality: takes decision based on data and makes business judgement when necessary

Curious attitude and eager to learn

3-5 years of prior experience in fast-paced data-driven environment

Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar

Experience in Looker or similar tools as well as interest in other querying languages is a plus

Curious attitude and eager to learn
