Glovo, part of Delivery Hero, seeks a data-driven marketing leader to shape the local strategy in Spain. You will translate the global playbook into Barcelona's market, uncover growth opportunities through quantitative analysis, and drive campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Manage the marketing budget and coordinate with Commercial, Operations, and Sales teams to optimize CAC and user growth. You will also monitor market dynamics, benchmark against competitors, and lead product

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a business/quantitative field required.
• 3-4 years of experience in FMCG or ecommerce with growing responsibilities.
• Track record of delivering growth and managing investments across channels.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle high growth and complex challenges.
• Proficiency in English and advanced Excel/Sheets skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define local marketing strategy aligned to the global playbook.
• Use data science and analysis to identify growth opportunities and drive campaigns.
• Determine optimal mix of digital and non-digital media within CAC targets.
• Track market dynamics, competitive activities and budget expenditure.
• Lead local activations offline and online and coordinate with Commercial teams.

• Collaborate on product changes to drive growth and improvements.

Job Description

THE JOURNEY
Be a part of a team where you will:

Have an Important role in defining Glovo’s local Marketing strategy, adapting the global playbook to local needs.

Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our consumer products, identify growth opportunities, and execute projects to drive growth and engagement

Understand local media landscape and define the right mix of digital/non-digital investment to maximize user base growth within the agreed CAC (Cost of Acquisition) targets.

Track the Market dynamics and competitor activities.

Lead local Marketing activations (offline and online) in coordination with Commercial/other involved teams

Own the tracking and expenditure of the Marketing budget for the country.

Track and monitor key Growth metrics providing the appropriate visibility to stakeholders.

Lead the ideation and execution of product changes that drive growth, partnering with Partner Operations, Operations, Finance, Content and Sales.

Establish shared vision across the company for growth product optimizations by building consensus on priorities leading to major product improvements.

Communicate and simplify concepts to the audience's needs

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Stats or Quantitative field

3-4 years of experience in a leading FMCG company or in the E-commerce sector performing in a role of similar or larger responsibilities.

Proven track record of delivering business growth, experience defining investment strategy and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels

Strong analytical skills. You are comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges. SQL knowledge is a plus

Strong business acumen and passion for end-to- end project management (from ideation and analysis into implementation).

Stakeholder management: capacity to influence decision-making, resolve conflicts, and ensure project success while balancing stakeholder priorities

Hands-on attitude: You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!

Proficiency in English

Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets (is a must)
