A creative agency in Barcelona is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to craft compelling content across platforms. You will partner with teams to enhance brand identity and drive marketing success. The role requires 5+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling creative content across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop engaging assets that enhance brand identity, support business objectives, and drive successful marketing campaigns. Your role will involve conceptualizing ideas, designing a variety of creative outputs from visuals and videos to presentations and event materials and ensuring consistency in all communications, while thriving in a dynamic, and collaborative team environment.
Create high-quality visual content for digital and print, including social media, websites, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Design standout assets for events, exhibitions, campaigns, and product launches, as well as brochures and corporate materials that both inform and impress.
Ensure brand consistency across all outputs while contributing to the development of creative concepts and campaigns aligned with business goals.
Lead the full lifecycle of design projects from initial brainstorming to pixel-perfect execution.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams to align on objectives and deliver impactful, creative solutions.
Manage feedback loops effectively, maintaining high-quality standards while adapting to stakeholder input. Build strong collaborations with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms and formats.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or equivalent proven professional experience.
Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in an agency or fast-paced in-house creative environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in delivering impactful designs across digital, print, event, and campaign assets.
Experience leading projects from concept to delivery, with the ability to balance creativity and strategic objectives.
Previous experience in brand rollouts and maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, knowledge of After Effects is a plus), Canva and Figma;
Strong command of typography, color theory, layout principles, and responsive design.
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and emerging technologies is a big advantage.
Basic understanding of UI / UX design principles is a plus.
Experience with 3D design software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
Sharp attention to detail with the ability to uphold the highest design standards.
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain creative choices to non-design stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently, while thriving in a collaborative, multicultural team environment.
Professional proficiency in English. Additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
