Feazer - Senior Creative Designer

Feazer is an on-demand design services studio, providing businesses with high-quality creative solutions. We support various business needs in digital, print, branding, presentation, illustration, web design, and motion design assets.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead creative projects, mentor junior designers, and drive innovation in design workflows.

What You Will Do :

1. Manage and execute a variety of design assignments (Digital, Print, Presentation, Branding, and Web UI is a plus).
2. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and skill development.
3. Collaborate with the team to develop effective design solutions across multiple industries.
4. Integrate AI tools into design workflows to enhance efficiency and creative output.
5. Conduct training sessions and skill development initiatives for the design team.
6. Ensure all designs meet industry standards, brand guidelines, and project requirements.

Experience & Qualifications :

• Over 5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or art direction, with a proven record of high-level creative project execution.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior designers, with a passion for developing creative talent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Required Skills :

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered design tools to leverage technology for innovation.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding, with the ability to create compelling layouts and systems.
• Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects while maintaining quality.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills for collaboration with teams and clients.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude towards feedback and evolving priorities.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
