Job summary

Dragons is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer & AI Creative Lead to steer the creative output of the Danone Digital team across Spain and Benelux. You will blend strong design craft with practical generative AI expertise to develop campaign visuals, social content and e-commerce creative for established FMCG brands.

You will act as Brand Steward, set design direction, review junior designers’ work, and support their development to maintain consistent quality across outputs.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in graphic or digital design.
• Strong FMCG experience and ability to work with established brands and brand guidelines.
• Proven experience using generative AI in commercial creative projects.
• Hands-on PencilAI experience strongly preferred; ability to adopt AI workflows quickly.
• Experience leading, supervising or mentoring designers with feedback and direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaign key visuals and master assets for digital adaptations.
• Create engaging social media content and e-commerce assets.
• Translate campaign ideas into platform-appropriate content and visuals.
• Lead three junior designers with clear direction and mentorship.
• Review day-to-day design work for quality, brand accuracy and technical specs.
