Dragons Group in Barcelona is seeking a Creative Director to lead global campaigns across wellness, beauty-adjacent and lifestyle brands. You will develop ideas that travel across markets, collaborating with Strategy, Copy, Design, Social and Production.

The role requires 10 years of creative experience, strong visual taste, and the ability to translate strategy into compelling campaigns across the consumer journey. English and Spanish proficiency are essential.

Formación

• 10+ years of creative experience across agencies and consumer brands.
• Experience leading global campaigns and integrated, full-funnel campaigns.
• Strong photography and film production experience.
• Experience collaborating with Strategy on audiences, journeys, insights and briefs.
• Native or near-native English with professional fluency for global clients.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strong global campaign ideas and platforms across markets and channels.
• Lead creative from concept through production, keeping idea and craft intact.
• Present and sell creative thinking to senior clients and stakeholders across markets.
• Lead multidisciplinary and international creative teams.
