Join BUFF Group as a Senior Graphic Designer to support the Marketing & Brand department. You will create essential sales tools, manage global branding, and work on various digital and print assets. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of design experience with strong skills in InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.

About you:

• More than 5 years' experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Good control of InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Valuable skills in branding, corporate identity, typography, layout, digital illustration, and basic motion graphics.
• Strong work ethic, highly organized, and excellent follow-through.
• Languages: Catalan and English.

What are we looking for?

The Senior Graphic Designer will support the Marketing & Brand department, assisting both B2B and DTC sales teams with creating sales tools, catalogs, leaflets, tradeshow graphics, seasonal campaigns, packaging, digital assets, corporate presentations, and visual concepts for new projects.

About the Role:

• Align global branding with seasonal strategies and adapt Brand Master Packs accordingly.
• Ensure campaign consistency with sales and marketing goals.
• Create catalogs, tradeshow graphics, sell sheets, and key account presentations.
• Design in-store POS, signage, category headers, and displays.
• Develop web banners, GIFs, images, videos, and digital content aligned with digital strategies.
• Support seasonal campaigns and adapt global marketing assets for regional markets.
• Assist with product signage and packaging adaptations.
• Maintain detailed records of work hours.
• Coordinate with the Brand Consumer Team to ensure brand consistency.
