Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to own the end-to-end Google performance channel for personal and business banking products. You will shape strategy, architecture, and governance, turning analytics into actionable growth plans.

You will design campaign structures, manage measurement (Firebase, GA4, GTM), and optimize attribution. Collaboration with engineering and data teams is essential for sustainable, scalable growth.

Formación

• 6+ years of hands-on paid acquisition experience on Google UAC / App Campaigns at scale.
• Deep technical knowledge of Google's campaign infrastructure: bidding, audiences, creative specs, Smart Bidding.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own Google channel strategy across UAC, App Campaigns, Performance Max, and Search for personal and business banking.
• Build campaign structures optimized for dual-product funnel; set bidding and budget frameworks.
• Own end-to-end campaign performance from brief to launch to optimization and reporting.
• Architect and own measurement stack: Firebase, GA4, GTM, Conversion APIs; ensure signal quality.
