Formación

• Track record of writing clean, maintainable Go in a professional environment.
• Experience with microservice architectures and asynchronous, event-driven patterns.
• Strong advocate of test-first approach; hands-on TDD experience.
• Ability to coach peers on TDD, pairing, and XP principles.

Responsabilidades

• Write clean, effective, idiomatic Go and participate in code reviews.
• Serve as a technical contact for POS partners and communicate requirements.
• Apply TDD and automated testing to guide design.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in production systems.
• Proactively refactor and simplify designs.
