Siemens Software, part of Siemens Digital Industries, is hiring a Golang-focused software engineer in Spain to contribute across the full software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Golang solutions, while supporting the product team with technical inquiries and content creation.

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, computer science or other related discipline.
• Extensive experience with a high-level language.
• Some experience in Golang; interest in Golang and experience with C++, Python, Java.
• Experience developing robust and scalable enterprise-grade code.
• Logical problem-solving and clear communication with team.
• Experience using software design patterns.
• Extensive experience in a software engineering environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, Make, Docker/k8s/Cloud Providers, SQL databases.
• CI technologies such as GitLab CI.
• Cross-platform development experience (Windows and Linux).

Responsabilidades

• Be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for features within our products.
• Work with colleagues in the development team and other stakeholders to understand and gather requirements.
• Translate understanding into well-architected, scalable Golang solutions.
• Support the wider product team regarding software issues and questions.
• Collaborate with the technical authoring team to aid production of technical content.
