A software development company in Barcelona is seeking a Backend Developer (Go) to modernize a large-scale platform. You will develop scalable microservices, manage infrastructure, and migrate legacy systems to cloud solutions. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, over 5 years of experience, and strong proficiency in Go. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang).
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop scalable microservices using Go.
• Take ownership of infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.
• Migrate data and logic from a legacy PHP monolith.
• Collaborate with mobile engineers to define API schemas.
• Ensure high performance and reliability of services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Backend software development experience

Proficiency in Go (Golang)
