CooperVision is a global leader in contact lenses with a distribution PMO delivering projects across multiple countries. The Senior Project Manager will drive a range of initiatives from strategic to value-add for customers, while guiding the project team and interfaces across the organisation.

The role requires strong leadership, governance and collaboration across functions, with travel to sites and a focus on delivering outcomes that align with business goals.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years managing cross functional distribution projects.
• Experience across multiple sites and countries.
• Familiarity with FDA and HIPAA (HIIPA) regulations.
• PM certification and Agile/Lean Six Sigma training.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross functional project teams and document customer needs aligning with VMOST.
• Ensure resources to deliver on time/cost; manage large, complex programs across sites/countries.
• Lead Steering Committees and governance, preparing documents and reports.
• Manage risks and dependencies; update schedules and communication plans.
• Develop team capabilities and act as delegate for Director.
