PrimeVigilance Madrid is seeking a Project Manager to act as the primary contact for project-related matters, ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.

You will prepare project scope, plan activities with deadlines, and produce monthly reports for clients and management. The role requires PV experience, leadership, and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.

Formación

• Proven PV activities including processing and quality review of IC SRS, literature screening, and SOP preparation.
• PV Project Management experience in a service provider / CRO.
• Be comfortable communicating at senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations.
• Leadership: planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Acting as the primary contact point for project-related matters.
• Managing client’s expectations to ensure client satisfaction with PrimeVigilance services and that work meets or exceeds expectations.
• Preparing project scope and objectives based on the signed agreement between the client and PrimeVigilance.
• Project activities planning, including deadlines and interim milestones.
• Reporting for the client and PrimeVigilance management, e.g., monthly reports, serving as basis for invoicing.
